Custom paper stickers are usually printed and supplied in sheets. Paper stickers and labels are available in a matte or gloss and coated or uncoated finish. Matte sticker paper is similar to standard paper with an adhesive backing. You can write on the stickers and the ink won't smudge. However, the stickers will not be as bright as those printed on glossy sticker paper.
Cast Coated Self Adhesive Stickers
Cast Coated paper stickers have an extremely high gloss, reflective surface on one side with an uncoated reverse. Widely used in labelling as product identification tag, information tags for medicine, food, advertising, electrical appliances, logistics and postal area, these adhesive paper usually use as price tags, information tags, commodity tags, logistics tags, postal tags, airline tags and automatic tags. Cast coated papers are mainly used in labelling, when glossy was seen as modern and luxurious, cast coated products were really big. Cast coated paper has the highest gloss finish of all coated papers. It is also a thicker paper and has excellent ink absorbency.
There are two types : Glossy & Matt.
Coated Self Adhesive Stickers (Art Paper)
The printed labels on a roll contain a protective laminate which gives a professional appearance and super glossy finish. Coated labels can generally be printed at higher speeds than uncoated stock, which can really have an impact when you’re printing dozens, hundreds or even thousands of labels per day.
Uncoated Self Adhesive Stickers (Wood Free)
Uncoated sticker allows any writing or note on sticker, where you can use it for any business events, studying material or even food packaging. Made from top quality materials with strong and removable adhesive and serve a broad range of uses. Recommended for indoor use, they can be used outdoors for non-permanent applications. These are available in both permanent and removable adhesives to suit your intended use. Basically, the uncoated finish is simple paper so it can be written upon using various pens and pencils.
Direct Thermal Paper (Top Coated)
In a coated direct thermal label, a thin additional top coating sits over the thermal reactive layer and protects it against UV light, moisture and heat. Ultimately your direct thermal roll labels will stay scannable for longer, and the image will be crisper and clearer to boot. Direct thermal labels are a cost-effective type of label made with the direct thermal printing process.
Direct Thermal Paper (Non-top Coated)
Non-top-coated direct thermal paper use in short term bar code applications that don't require long term environmental resistance. Featuring a general purpose acrylic emulsion adhesive for permanent labels.
Thermal Transfer Paper (Premium)
Our thermal transfer labels offers excellent thermal stability and moisture resistance, adhesive offers excellent clarity and good initial tack to help improve finished label.
Brown Kraft Paper
